Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return if:
- It is received in a damaged or defective condition
- It is incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent)
- It is materially different from the product shown on the website
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, ironed, or altered in any way
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Products for which a return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special clearance events
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rkgarments.com or +91 8390185806
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
- Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, you will receive return pickup or drop-off instructions
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping is fully covered by us
- In other cases, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to our address
Refund on Return
- After the returned product is received and quality-checked, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred via UPI or NEFT to your provided bank details
Important Notes
- Returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt
- RK Wears reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria
- In case of any dispute, the decision of RK Wears shall be final
