At RK Wears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@rkgarments.com or calling +91 8390185806.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you cancel before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Item not delivered within the promised timeline

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags and packaging

Refund Process

• Raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@rkgarments.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
